Character History

Originally born as Dazadecredenshii Eceros Draconico in another realm, he began a search for his mate whom was percieved dead. Against his King's wishes, he betrayed the kingdom to search for his mate, declared an outlaw by the country.
His search lead him to Istaria, feeling the spirit of his deceased mate in this realm. Due to great fatigue and multiple wounds, he died in flight, being reborn in Skalkaar as Daeza "Daza" Draconio next to Athiina "Athina" Thundrafire, the one dragoness he'd been searching for.
Spending the first few seasons of his new life in solidarity with his mate, he was introduced to Maekrux Vythulhar who had become Athiina's mentor. Daza's memories of his past were lost to him, and this lead to many questions about both Istaria and himself. Each action was scrutinised between this life and his past. Secretly, being jealous of Athiina's new found friend and mentor, he kept his distance subtly from the blue dragon, despite encouraging her to talk to him about family in her hopes of being adopted. When Athina had succeeded in her quest for a family, Daza began taking more of an active interest in Lairshaping, encouraging Athina to help him.
Maekrux offered both of them a room in his lair, if they could effectively build it themselves. This was something both Athina and Daza pounced on. During this time, Maekrux took it upon himself to adopt Daza as well. Which, despite the concept of 'family', baffled Daza completely.
In weeks to come, Daza met a new dragoness in the realm of Order, Amethyr TaerAshiran, whom, with Nambroth, had crossed from the realm of Chaos. Taking an active interest in this dragon, they soon became friends. Amethyr's mothering appealed to Daza, happily accepting the things his father didn't provide. This lead to Amethyr taking an interest in officially becoming Daza's mother. Maekrux reluctantly agreed, despie bringing on his own past as justification for his feelings.
As the seasons went on, Daza was introduced to his two new sisters, Darkara and Saralesa, in which his a trait of protectiveness had reared itself, keeping at a close distance to his sisters outside of the lair.
Not only were the introductions to his sisters part of his growing maturity, but his returning past ceased his childhood at an early season, forcing him to become more mature and insightful at a younger age.

Adulthood

Spending the many seasons with Athiina, they finally reached the adulthood they sought after for so long. This wasn't the happiest of moments for Daza, as both his mother and father were taken from the realm. This lowered guard lead way for Daza's true spirit to take ahold of his body for a time. This spirit had no idea what Istaria was, or anyone who had inhabited it. Daza had become the dragon he was before his reincarnation in this realm.
Starthyr gave Daza her soul in order to suppress this new spirit, leading to Dsza's body rejecting three souls. This was a grave illness for Daza, in which Maekrux took action in removing Starthyr's spirit and conferencing with the other.</p>
The end result of this was that Daza recognised both spirits equally, feeling as if he were two, rather than one. This lead him to speak in the second person. Daza's battles with himself lead him to leave the realm of Istaria for a time to deal with his past sins, without a word to any friend, sibling or parent.

Returning

Upon the return to his realm, Daza had decided to cut ties with one family, however, he found of his their fate. His newest companion Malice was at the ready, edging him to get involved. The emotionless Daza made his way to the lair of his father to attempt to save them all.

Exchanging taunts with Maurger, Malice survived a few physical blows protecting Daza from the dragon's black powers. However, this wasn't to be celebrated.


Physical Description

Dark grey scales, that have a black appearance with a crimson underbelly. He has well-defined muscles over his body, accompanied by a strong posture and almost condescending stance towards most people. His right eye is missing, being covered by a blue cloth around his head, his 'eyeband.' His left eye's piercing gaze often hides most of his own emotions, though not entirely intentionally.

He owns a lair in SnowFall, which he continues to build. He sleeps in Amethyr's lair in Aiya. During his lazing hours, he can be found mainly in Bristugo or New Trismus.
